SAU’s workforce development partnerships are tailored to the unique needs of each partner. We work closely with you to design a plan that maximizes impact and meets your objectives.

Our specially trained staff can develop a customized in-person professional development opportunity if that is more appropriate for your organization.

Our programs are designed to provide your workforce with utmost flexibility and convenience through fully online coursework. From pre-enrollment to completion, we offer comprehensive support, ensuring a seamless learning experience. Engage in active and adaptive learning with our online textbooks and multimedia content.

The self-paced structure of our programs allows you to learn at your own convenience. We provide all the necessary materials for your studies, including courseware, student guides, relevant labs, and online/offline resources.

Please note that learners will need a computer with high-speed internet (minimum 1.5 Mbps) to access the program.

Each student who enrolls is assigned to a Student Success advisor, who is available for coaching, mentoring, and tutoring during normal business hours throughout the program.

Student Success advisors also report back to SAU and their partners weekly to discuss matters relevant to the student’s coursework, such as progress, setbacks, and anticipated finish date.

While we don't provide funding directly, we can help you create a compelling business case for workforce development. Our team will also provide the necessary information and tools you might need to secure funding from relevant stakeholders or explore available grants and resources.

Programs that require on-site clinicals for certification are organized when students reach the 50% completion mark. Our Student Success advisors communicate with local healthcare systems to organize and place each student.
