By the end of the course, you’ll be able to explain procedures to patients, monitor blood pressure, properly position patients for an EKG scan, apply Holter monitors and assist cardiologists with stress testing. This EKG Technician Program is ideal for someone interested in an entry-level career in healthcare and is often used as the first step toward obtaining advanced certifications like Clinical Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician and Patient Care Technician.
